Home Care Companies

My wife is planning to start a daycare business at home, and want to obtain liability insurance. When I called my insurance company today said they can not do more at home so this would be considered "high risk." We want to start their own liability insurance and provide evidence for them, or go with an escort who can satisfy both our home and safe. If you have a day care home, they can advise on where to start looking for this type of insurance? I have contacted several reputable companies and do not offer. Thanks for your help and advice.
